About Calculator

A free online calculator that works like a real one: type a whole expression, press Enter, and get the answer. Switch to scientific mode for trigonometry, logarithms, powers and roots.

  • Basic and scientific modes — sin, cos, tan, log, ln, square root, powers, factorial and constants like π and e.
  • Type full expressions with parentheses; operator precedence is respected, so 2 + 3 × 4 is 14.
  • Keyboard input on desktop and a tap-friendly keypad on mobile.
  • A history of recent calculations you can tap to reuse, saved on this device.
  • Degrees or radians for trigonometric functions.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use the calculator with my keyboard?

Yes. Type numbers and operators directly, use parentheses for grouping, and press Enter to evaluate. Backspace edits the expression and Escape clears it.

What scientific functions are included?

Trigonometric functions (sin, cos, tan and their inverses), logarithms (log and ln), exponents and roots, factorial, percentages, and the constants π and e. A toggle switches between degrees and radians.

Does the calculator keep a history?

Each evaluated expression and its result is added to a history panel. Tap an entry to put it back into the input. The history is stored in your browser and can be cleared at any time.

Is this calculator free?

Yes — no ads, no account and no downloads. Everything runs in your browser and nothing is sent to a server.
